With the development of the economy, technology and urbanization, people’s lifestyle and living tempo have dramatically changed. Their desire for materialism is stronger and stronger. Business trip and leisure travel have produced huge demand for the hotel market, especially for the high-standard starred hotels. And the emergence of high-end hotels is bound to benefit the development of the decoration industry. The traditional e zhou xiaohu perience in decoration management, however, can hardly meet the needs of high-standard decoration project management. Currently, the high-standard decoration industry is developed towards "decoration and art", "design and construction" and "intelligence and energy-saving". Strict management is getting more and more demanding in the actual project management. How to scientifically manage the high-standard project is particularly important, and worth studying. In this work, we study this problem from the perspective of the construction contractor.According to our knowledge of the management theory and project management, we systematically analyze the project management of J Hotel’s high-standard decoration in terms of quality, safety, cost and schedule management of construction project. Safeguard measures for construction project management are proposed against the e zhou xiaohuisting problems. Then we analyze the project management mode in the process of actual project management based on J Hotel’s high-standard decoration project, and stress the importance of strengthening the project management ability of decoration companies in China, especially the high-standard decoration projects. In addition, this would provide reference and advice for the reformation of decoration industry and the advance of high-standard decoration projects.
