With the development of society and serious environment problem, more and more people pay more attention to healthy problem. Usually, people go to hospital to check blood and get status of their health. Our blood contains a large number of health information, so we can get much information of health from blood.In order to greatly reduce the manual operation and the cost of blood tests, to avoid repeated operations which are caused by human mistakes and the risk of sample cross-contamination and to break the monopoly of foreign equipment in the domestic medical equipment market, developing national medical equipment is necessary. By analyzing the principles and process of the blood test for hepatitis B, based on the automatic fluorescence analyzer to achieve performance indicators, to design the automatic fluorescence analyzer overall architecture which meets the same device fully auto mated a number of testing at the same time.This paper is based on a GOOGO Motion Control Card and Cortex-3nuclear STM32hardware architecture to design and develop a fully automatic multi-fluorescence analyzer system which is using to finish the automatic control of whole blood detection process. Valve control, pump control, temperature control, pressure control, data acquisition, sample arm control, three-dimensional motion axis control, the manipulator control, position detection achive its functions including pipetting, Incubation and Oscillation, microtiter plate washer, fluorescence detection function. Also summarized the general scheme of the voltage-signal acquisition and pump drive circuit, the future the acquisition and control of the signal can learn from.This paper first introduce fluorescence analysis test process and summarize the basic functions of a fully automatic multi-fluorescence analyzer and control system based on the design of hardware circuit, including the Cortex-3nuclear STM32minimum control system and each module circuit, and specifically includes sample addition control circuit, Incubation and Swing control circuit and the ELIS A plate washer control circuit, the mechanical structure of a microtiter plate washer was designed according to the actual needs of the microtiter plate washer system. The software part of the analysis of the fully automatic multi-fluorescence analyzer includes software process control system, embedded C software programming, to develop a set of control the microplate washer system software and a set of common communication protocol.In addition, the development process in the the microplate washer software systems a motion control card driver introduced a simple and practical exercise of trapezoidal curve control algorithm the point movement axis movement is more accurate, stability is also greatly improved.
