Addressing climate is the basic task of building. In essence, the building is asanctuary of human adaptation to climate, communion in the natural environment. However, with the progress of artificial environmental control technology, people relyon a large number of mechanical that consumption of non-renewable resourcesdevices to create artificial indoor climate. Brought a lot of problems in the energy, environment, health and building geographical features disappear. There is a longerperiod of high temperature in the humid tropics a year. Hot and humid climate is hot, humidity, rainfall, many typhoons. Humid tropics building facing the main problem isto solve the problem of ventilation and heat. Inpatient department is an important partof one of the hospital buildings, is the the patient longest stay space. The proportion ofthe area is large, use a long time, the indoor comfort requirements, and thus theenergy consumption is also relatively large. The object of this paper is hot and humid area hospital floor,First, in thefinishing of domestic and foreign information on building climate adaptation based onthe proposed humid tropics climate adaptation research on the nursing unit ofpractical significance; Secondly, according to data compilation and Inpatient designfield research humid tropics conditions,Inpatient understand the status and problemsof design, analysis and climate of the inconsistency; again, analysis of the humidtropics climate characteristics, and impact on hospital architectural design humidtropics factors, summed up the summary of hospital buildings humid tropics adaptivedesign features and principles, as the district hospital after the Inpatient for humidtropics climate adaptation specific study has laid a theoretical foundation; Finally, drawing on paper with other climate adaptation building success stories, from the heatand help benefit point of view of ventilation and heat dissipation adapt to the humidtropics climate characteristics of Inpatient design strategies, and practical applicationsto be combined with further instructions. This thesis consists of six chapters constitute. The first chapter is an introduction of the research background, the object ofstudy and research significance of this issue is the major research methods anddetermine, as a basis for the study. The second chapter deals with the environment and climate characteristics of thehumid tropics, elaborated to adapt to the architectural features of the hot and humidclimate, and then listed hospital building case, adapt to the hot and humid climateenvironment practices such as shading, ventilation extraction cases. The third chapter discusses the overall layout of the hospital inpatient buildingdesign, including single-family or hospital floor buildings in the layout of the hospital, the aspect ratio and height should be controlled to avoid "building wind. Followed bythe hospital floor should be sought in the choice toward the south to the sunshine, toreduce solar radiation, enhance ventilation to reduce humidity. Urban climate on thehospital floor, and stressed the need to pay attention to the design of the underlyingsurface, reasonable arrangement of greenery and water bodies, thereby reducing thetemperature of the environment around the hospital floor.Chapter start from the body design of the hospital floor, classify and summarizestandard hospital floor layer plane type. Thus comparative analysis of the shapecoefficient with a different type of plane, draw a font of the plane is integratedfunction with shape coefficient are more reasonable type of plane. And devoted to ananalysis of The hospital floor atrium and patio, ventilation and lighting is how toreduce the possibility of bacteria infection. The last one explained mainly from thepoint of view of appearance, interior sight, patient habits involved in criminalhospitalized outside the building shade.Chapter Care Unit is the main object of study, to analyze the strengthening of thepublic space, natural lighting. Subsequently, from the point of view of the functionalrequirements, streamline care, combined with the form of different planes, thecorresponding recommendations to strengthen the the nurses station’s ventilation andlighting. And also for the layout of the auxiliary buildings in the nursing unit.Chapter ward range from the patient’s psychological and comfort of natural ventilation and lighting. Explore the functionality and comfort of the ward, summarizes the characteristics of its activities and special use requirements andpsychological. Listed the pros and cons of the different ward plane size flat lightingventilation. And summed up the toilet set in the external walls in hot and humid areasto more energy-efficient. In addition, from the analysis of the patient’s psychological, shade, indoor lighting, and draw wards settings balcony more necessary.
