Earned value analysis is a comprehensive measure of project schedule, cost of integralmethod,The basic elements of a monetary amount instead of engineering quantity to measureproject progress. It is not to the number of bets to reflect the progress of the project, but in thecapital has been transformed into a measured amount of project results.It is a complete andeffective project monitor and control index. Reference Earned Value Method of project costand schedule control, Can overcome the past project cost and schedule control’s defects.Italso can be characterized quantitatively judge the progress and implementation of theperforms.In this thesis, we use a combination of earned value principles of theoretical research andpractical work in the project case analysis method, Analysis of the various factors that mayaffect the cost of the project and the project schedule, Pointed out the power grid constructionprojects, the emphasis on the cost of the project alone, or a separate emphasis on thelimitations of the progress of the project. Accordingly proposed integrated control of projectcosts\progress using earned value analysis. And the earned value method principles relevantcontent and specific implementation steps is given. At lass,summed up the Earned ValueMethod of management in RA substation engineering results.
