The Research On The Cost Control Method Of Cangzhou Hongyu Building Engineering Project Based On Earned Value

The main purpose of this paper is to optimize and apply the earned value method and the improved earned value method to the construction project cost control process, in order to improve the efficiency of construction cost control, and expand the profit margin of construction enterprises. Construction enterprise profit and loss and the level of construction project cost control has a close relationship, for any construction project, the most important is through a series of project management work to achieve good social and economic benefits. Therefore, how to do construction project cost control is the top priority of the construction project management.First, this paper introduces the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status and research contents and methods, with the cost control theory,including the project, the theory of cost control and earned value theory and describe the construction project cost factors and engineering project cost control process, content,method, laid the foundation for the research of construction cost control.Second, Cangzhou City Hongyu building engineering construction project as the background, according to engineering projects in construction cost control in facing the problem, try to the earned value method as the theoretical basis of cost control methods,and on the earned value theory of optimization, the introduction of improved earned value and the use of Hongyu Mansion Project Construction cost control, construction enterprises in-depth study of the existing construction cost control system and the shortcomings.Again, introduces the Cangzhou City Hongyu building construction project basic analysis, including Hongyu building project outline the characteristics of the project,project construction constraints conditions, project schedule and cost; of Hongyu building project construction cost control earned value analysis, including Hongyu building project cost control objectives and principles, construction cost control earned value data analysis,cost control, earned value of risk and rectification.Finally, according to Hongyu building project construction cost control deviation rectification measures were developed on issues related to the Hongyu building construction project cost control, to help enterprises on reducing construction cost controlof the construction cost, improve economic efficiency.
