With the continuous development of China's construction industry,the management requirements of construction enterprises are becoming more and more precision and advanced.Project schedule management is one of the core management work in the process of project management.Now,the requirements for project schedule management are not only to complete the construction project on schedule,but also to combine schedule,quality and safety.Guangdong fourth Construction Co.,Ltd.has put forward the goal of "Accelerating Turnover",which will improve the efficiency of commencement,completion and settlement of each project to the level that determines the prospect of the whole enterprise.However,there are some problems in the Xiangzhou twenty-six primary school project,such as imperfect schedule,not meticulous management,etc.,which will lead to waste of resources,delay in schedule,increase in cost of catching up,reduce project benefit and enterprise profit.In this paper,the project schedule management will be studied in depth,based on practical experience.According to the surroundings,the paper first introduces the relevant definitions and theories of project progress management,elaborates the principle of schedule control,and introduces the theory and method of network planning.Secondly,on the basis of sorting out relevant theories,the status of progress management of the Xiangzhou 26 primary school project was analyzed.The analysis found that the procedures were not scientifically arranged,the schedule was not perfect,and the work breakdown was not detailed.In terms of the progress monitoring system,theanalysis found that the lack of dynamic monitoring methods,and the lack of compacted progress monitoring responsibilities.Then,on the premise of completing the problem analysis,combined with the theory,a project's schedule management optimization plan was formulated to solve various existing problems,and a continuous monitoring and on-time correction of progress management dynamic monitoring system was established.Finally,take measures in economics,organization,communication,etc.to provide guarantee for the implementation of the optimization plan,and to record the results of the implementation of the optimization plan,and to compare the actual performance with the original schedule management plan.According to the optimization scheme designed in the paper,with the safeguard measures in place,it is expected that the Xiangzhou 26 primary school project can be completed in advance.It is hoped that through this research,besides optimizing the schedule management scheme of the Xiangzhou 26 primary school project,this paper can optimize the schedule preparation and schedule management system of Guangdong Fourth Construction,and provide references for similar projects and serve for achieving the "Accelerating Turnover" target,and can provide practical reference meanings for China's construction engineering project management research field.
