Energy-saving and emission-reducing have become the theme of development of the times. In controlling the flue gas emissions of particulate matter pollution, the electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) is widely used in Recycling of industrial dust with its unique advantages. This paper focuses on the development of energy-efficient ESP with a high frequency, high voltage and high power supply. From a practical point of view, we research on the power hardware design and function of control system. The development process include the following:Based on the soft-switching technology, after explaining the equivalent circuit and load characteristics of high-power high-voltage high-frequency transformer, we analyze the main circuit engineering integrated with transformer parasitic parameters. And we take use of MATLAB/simulink simulation analysis software to compare and select the appropriate mode. And the theoretical basis for the system hardware design.Contraposing the features of ESP, we optimize the insulation structure\heat dissipation of transformer based on the designation of common power transformer. Then a new design method of high-power high-frequency transformer insulation high-voltage transformer and rectifier is raised. Finally, we design the core of the power supply-transformer rectifier.Details of the control theory and system design of high-frequency ESP are put up. Especially, more cares are put on the research of flashover rate control algorithm, and master the key points such as flashover track, anti-corona and arc discharge. In addition, we complete our power control system with flashover and tracking through the three-stage adjustment.
