| Electric power is an important power to city development. Huge social and economic benefits can be obtained if the power grid is planded rationally. However, there are many problems existing in urban power network, such as weakness of grid structure, poorness of power supply reliability, aging of electric power equipment, high line loss, instability of electric energy quality, low degree of automation, which makes a large gap between strong smart gird construction and so the distribution network planing and rebuilding work are imperative.In order to deal with the problem existing in city distribution grid, optimize network structure, improve power supply reliability, satisfy power demand of socioeconomic development, the construction requirement of distribution network automation for seat of each union city during "Twelfth Fiv-Year" period is proposed by Inner Mongolia electric power group Co., LTD. The paper is the achievement of distribution network automation construction planing for Bayan Hot urban area on myself own.Based on the research and analysis of the distribution system automation and smart gird technique development background domestic and overseas, different engineering technology solutions to realize distribution system automation is lucubrated. Combined with the current situation of Bayan Hot urban area, the primary rack transformation, master station system designment, communication network construction, network terminal equipment design are explained in detail, and the structur of hardware and software system is provided as well. At last, the paper expounds the total design scheme of distribution system automation which will be served as the guidance for hierarchical, staged and steped implement for Bayan Hot distribution network automation. |
