This paper’s content is modeling and simulation of Separator and Reheater Control System in nuclear power units, which is an important part of conventional island system, separates and reheats the steam from the high-pressure cylinder to ensure that the steam into the low pressure cylinder will be superheated steam Modeled and precisely simulated GSS, we not only can give a big push to the development of homemade nuclear power plant simulators, but also can study the reactivity control and coolant impurity content control in depth, which ensures that the reactor runs safely.,this paper uses the STAR-90simulation system, which provides module and divides the GSS system from different parts to modeling for graphic configuration based on modular modeling, take Da Ya Bay nuclear power station980MW unit GSS system as the object, to develop nuclear power station980MW unit simulation machine GSS system simulation model.The model of the Separator and Reheater Control System is based single phase fluid network; all the equipments are connected to the pipes and nodes in fluid network. The single phase fluid network model is built with the method of prototype network. And it calculates pressure of nodes and flow of slip roads. Based on this, it also calculates temperature, enthalpy and impurity content of nodes. The models of separator, reheater are achieved with the mechanism method. The functions and implement methods of pumps, pipes and valves is introduced. The datainterchange and sequence of modules operation in the GSS model is discussed in detail. Give a simply introduce of Baoding Sinosimu Technology Co., Ltd’s STAR-90simulation system. And the simulationstudy of the GSS model is accomplished on the STAR-90simulation system.
