Large unit power coordinated control system is important part to improve economic power and achieve power grid dispatching automation. The coordinated control system is a complex multi-variable control system, there is uncertain interference and nonlinear characteristics in the system, with strong coupling characteristics, and there is a considerable delay in the boiler side of the net, so the thermal power unit coordinated control system unit has great research significance.This paper studies the designing and application of the coordinated control system (CCS) of the550MW unit of Shentou’s second power plant. It also makes a deep research on the dynamic and static characteristics of the CCS. According to the theoretical analysis, the Mathematical Model of boiler and turbine are built. And then it presents a deep analysis of the fundamentals of energy balance, heat signal, boiler-turbine coordinated and energy demand through the mass balance, energy balance and momentum balance. The dissertation introduces the designing and application of DEB coordinated control system in view of engineering application. Combining the550MW unit simulation system, a scheme of CCS is given, and the scheme is configured with PAS-300M. Now, the new optimization scheme in this paper has been put into service successfully. Since the system have been operated, the unit can have a good adaptation in the sliding pressure operation mode, while still achieving the six coordinated control system implementation (Manual、Basic Boiler、Turbine Follow、 DEB、Turbine Base、ADS) bumpless switching between. Currently, the CCS of the550MW unit of Shentou’s second power plant has been put into service in the simulation machine, system can simulate well the actual par ammeters of the scene trend, showing a good steady state performance, and the performance index has reached the expected requirements. |
