| According to the current practical problems of the detection of power quality, using existing theory and practice results, based on our general requirements for power quality instrumentation, binding the application of embedded system in power quality detection, finally we design and develop the power quality detector, which is based on embedded DSP and ARM processors dual CPU core, and supplemented by other necessary peripheral circuits. Using of the powerful digital computing capabilities of DSP chip, we can complete the calculation and analysis of basic electrical parameters and various power indexes. Using of the speed, high-performance, peripheral interfaces and user-friendly portable embedded real-time operating systems and other advantages of the ARM9family microprocessors, we can realize data display and storage functions.Detector’s hardware circuit designs include the DSP part of the signal acquisition computing and the ARM part of data storage and display. There are circuit designs of the data acquisition module, the high-speed A/D conversion, DSP minimum system, ARM minimum system and peripheral circuits and the dual port RAM circuit which transmits the data between the two processor modules. Detector’s software design also consists two parts. In the DSP subsystem, we complete the program of data acquisition and operation by the use of CSS3.1integrated development environment. In the ARM subsystem, we achieve the customization and installation of Windows CE5.0embedded operating system, and based on this operating system, we develop the master power quality testing software by the use of VS2005tools.Finally, through actual test about three-phase electrical power standard source in the laboratory, we get the detector’s measured data, analysis its measurement error and debug and correct the detector by the way of hardware and software. Experiments show that the power quality detector which is developed in the thesis achieves the desired accuracy in the detection of electrical parameters and various power quality indexes. |
