Embedded Gearbox Ault Diagnosis System Based On Windows CE

The rapid development of embedded technology, embedded systems was widely used inindustrial control. In order to improve the performance and function of the vibrationmonitoring and fault diagnostics, this paper selected gearbox fault diagnosis as thebackground, by using of embedded systems technology, multi-channel vibration measurementand fault diagnosis system based Windows CE is presented.Based on analysis of therequirement of Fault diagnosis system, In which Samsung S3C2440A chip is chosen ashardware core and the embedded Windows CE operating system as the software platform,Time domain average, FFT, Power spectral density analysis, Detailed spectral analysis andCepstrum analysis was embedded in fault diagnosis applications, embedded gearbox faultdiagnosis system is presented.The primary content of our research is as follows,1)Based on the analysis of the gearbox fault diagnosis system requirement and thesynthetic consideration of the functionality, reliability and size, the Samsung S3C2440A isselected as the hardware core in the system along with some other peripheral circuits. Basedon minimum system, part of the peripheral hardware interface circuits is extended, includingpower and reset module, memory module, SD card storage module, touch screen displaymodule, USB interface module and the serial communication module.2)Through the analysis on the system startup process, Windows CE-based embeddedoperating system transplant was implemented. Including reduction of the Windows CE kernel,BSP compile, Boot-Loader transplant and the compile of the driver.3)Embedded Visual C++ software development as applications platform, fault diagnosisof gearbox software program was designed, mainly to complete the data collection, dataprocessing, data storage, and fault diagnosis, etc.
