In recent years, the embedded system with low power, low cost, high reliabilityand so on have been widely applied. Embedded technology application in medicalindustry, not only reduces the production cost, enhancing the security of the system,at the same time, expands these equipment applications and improves the level ofintelligent. The medical devices with embedded system facilitate the rapid detectionof lesions; in order to get timely treatment, protect the safety of human life.The content of this paper is to use the Linux operating system, based on thedual-core OMAP processor embedded system as core to complete the fundusangiography image acquisition. At the same time connect dual-core processorsseamlessly and provide common digital image processing interface for fundus imageprocessing in future. The main content of this paper includes the following aspects:(1) According to the requirements of fundus angiography gives the systemdesign, using active vision sensing technology, select the appropriate light source,control method, optical imaging system and uses OMP3530processor as the core forthis image acquisition system.(2) Give the image acquisition system hardware block diagram, include CMOSimage sensor MT9P401, OAMP3530control module, network communication, serialcommunication, display module, touch screen module and describe details ofdesigning these modules and selection.(3) Establish soft environment of this image acquisition system: establishing theembedded Linux operating system, including U-boot, Linux kernel, root system,establishment the embedded QT development environment, establishment databaseSQLite environment, establishment image sensor driver base on the V4L2.(4) Describe the detail of connetcting seamlessly base on OMAP dual-coreprocessor, as well as give an examples to show that the process of establishing DSPalgorithm and the process of establishing remote realgorithm server. In order to givea interface for image processing for future base on dual-core processor.(5) Give some digital image processing algorithms based on the xDM standard,these algorithms arm showed by flow charts.As a result, this image acquisition system of fundus angiography can acquire, save, process based on the DSP processor image processing. Experiments show thatthis image acquisiting system achieves the requirements of fundus angiography.It hasgood stability, high reliability, low power consumption and low cost advantages.Compare others, it have higher promotion value and whider application.
