Lapel shaper is the key part of bag forming-filling-sealing packaging machinesystem to achieve rapid and continuous bag forming, and it is also the premise toensure that filling and sealing process can be smoothly completed.The design leveland quality of Lapel shaper directly influnce the packing quality and efficiency.Therefore,it has important practical significance on designing a lapel shaper withreasonablstructure,reliable performance and parameter optimum.Firstly, in this thesis the structure and working principle of lapel shaper werediscussed.And a related mathematical model of the boundary curves and streamlinewith circular cross section was established according to the curved surface ductilityof the lapel shpaer based on the current theory.Then some relevant parameters wereoptimizaed according to this mathematical model by means of VC++.Afterwards three-dimensional model of lapel shaper was built by using Pro/ENGINEER software.Secondly, a mechanical analysis of the lapel forming process was made,andthe constitutive equations of bag making film were established.Then,the restrictingfactors in bag forming process were primarily discussed: the main parameters oflapel shpaer the mathematical model were analysed, the leading membrane resistaceand film forming resistance were also discussed.Finally,the modal and harmonic response analysis for the finite element modelof lapel shaper were done through ANSYS Workbench.By modal analysis the topten model shapes of lapel shaper were obtained,and the ten natural frequencies ofthe curved surface and the whole lapel shaper were known. By harmonic responseanalysis, the amplitude-frequency characteristics of neckline curve and transitionsideline were obtained according to the response curve. It provides a theoreticalguidance for structure design of lapel shaper, and also a reference for the optimization of its parameters.Above all,the3D modeling and dynamic characteristic analysis of lapel shaperwere studied deeply in this thesis.Applying advanced design theory态methods and tools in the design of lapel shaper, is not only an innovative practical activity ofscience and technology, but also an expansion and improvement for the reseachconnotation and method of lapel shaper.
