The rapid development of power industry in China and the use of new installed big capacity units need the high quality of the operating staff. With the development of the electronic computer technique, an advanced training instrument, simulator, appeared. It makes the training more directly, deeply, comprehensive and safely. It is an ideal tool for training, analysis and research. What mentioned in this paper is one of the most important things of the simulator, modeling and method.This paper made the process algorithm of condenser and closed-type heater which are two important equipment in power station. This paper also raised a design method of graphic modeling system.The process algorithm of condenser and closed-type heater was based on the innate laws of the equipment and considered the factors during the actual operating. Simulation demands the models suitable for any possible conditions, and has the correct dynamic respond. Who calculating the condensing heat transfer, the algorithm uses the Nusselt W. method and used a coefficient of correction. By this coefficient the contradiction between the actual condition and the assume condition of Nusselt is solved. Based on the same reason, when calculating the conduct term is used. Each algorithm considers the trouble condition only be appeared in power station. For example, the condenser algorithm considered the trouble condition such as the leak of tube, fail of seal in vacuum system, the lower shaft sea-ting steam pressure, pollute of tube, the high water level of hot-well. The heater algorithm considered the trouble condition such as the leak, pollute of feed-water pipe and high water level of heater. In addition, for the convenient of training the condenser algorithm designed a method of fast vacuuming.Actual use indicated that the model made big the two algorithms is well used. Its static sate precision is high and dynamic respond is right. It can meet the needs of simulator.Graphic-modeling is a new advanced modeling method. Now it's only used in specific system modeling and this restricted its using rang. This paper raised a program of graphic-modeling based on engineering-block-modeling method. This paper introduced and compared some simulation modeling methods, made some appointment used forgraphic-modeling, designed the main data stream graph and definite relevant data structure and basic treatment.The graphic-modeling system that based on the advanced engineering-block-modeling method may make the modeling automation and intelligence. It can make the modeling more simply and directly, reduce the modeling period and lower the labor intensity of modeling staff. This paper just raised a design program, more work is need to perfect it.Because the limit of my standard, there must be some unsuitable things in the paper, please point it out. Thanks.
