| With the development of power electronics technology, computer technology, permanent magnetic materials and motor control theory, the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with high reliability and high efficiency has become a mainstream motor in servo system. In order to have a wider application and adaptability this thesis will research a dual-mode control system of PMSM that includes position sensor mode and no position sensor mode. It combines good dynamic performance, high precision of position sensor mode and high reliability, strong anti-jamming capability of no position sensor mode.First, create a mathematical model of the PMSM, research on the theory of vector control and voltage space vector modulation technology, according to their theory determine current and speed dual-loop speed control system program and id=0as the current control strategy. Second, details the control principle of sliding mode variable structure and the design steps of sliding mode variable structure controller, in-depth analysis the buffeting issues of the sliding mode variable structure control system and introduce a saturation function instead of switching function to suppress or weaken the buffeting, complete the design of the PMSM sliding mode observer. Next, complete the hardware and software design of the PMSM dual mode control system based on TMS320C2407A, the hardware design includes the control circuit, the main power circuit and the auxiliary circuit; the software design mainly complete the flow chart of the main program, the interrupt service routines, as well as the important subroutine program algorithm. Finally, structures experimental test platform of the PMSM dual-mode control system, the experimental results show that the control method is feasible, the system design is correct and consistent with the expected results. |
