The development of modern agriculture park contrapose the traditional agriculture, the shortage of the traditional agriculture, such as waste of resources, environmental pollution, no production scale, high operating costs, low profits etc, prompt the development of modern agricultural park, Which is a platform to transform our traditional agriculture and build modern agriculture. Therefore, developing modern agriculture park plays a pivotal role in the development of agriculture.The construction and development of modern agriculture park has got some achievements, but there are many problems remained, for example, due to the blind imitation, the lack of innovation, the unclear location etc, the construction of the park to has become the "face project" and "achievement projects"; Theory about modern agricultural park also has certain findings, but the majority is basic research, the research combining theory with practice is still lack;This article take the planning theory and practice of modern agriculture park as the starting point, and analysis modern agriculture park research status and planning theory from multi-disciplinary, multi-level degree through the combination of literature review and practice cases, with the guidance of the basic principles of landscape planning and the combination with the corresponding theory, such as, landscape planning, landscape ecology, landscape aesthetics, economics and technological innovation etc. The paper also explore ideas and methods to solve specific problems which exist in the planning and construction of modem agriculture park, through the specific planning of the project design and adjusting measures to local conditions, basing on an example-Xichang lizhou Flowers Industry Park, in order to deeply think and explore the landscape planning theory and practice of modern agriculture park, and propose some recommendations for the construction of modern agricultural park.
