Research On The Construction And Application Of The Theory System Of Chinese Modern Agricultural Park Planning

For the development of modern agriculture, more and more countries get into increasingly fierce international competition to drive the economy to go forward. Modern agriculture can improve agricultural efficiency and promote agricultural sustainable development. And the theory of modern agricultural zone is gradually accepted as a way to change the traditional agriculture into modern agriculture. There are20years since China set up the first modern agricultural zone in1994. From the initial exploration of trying to copy foreign mode of development, China has gradually formed its own theory and a suitable road for the development of modern agricultural zone in China’s national conditions.The construction of modern agricultural zone must follow the principles of planning first to avoid redundant construction and the waste of resources to get maximum benefits. The study of the planning for modern agricultural zone is gradually paid attention by the general agricultural workers and scholars. With the deep research, the planning theory is continuously increasing and gradually established a planning system. As the development of the society, agriculture is not only the function of production, the other functions are gradually unearthed. And the program of agricultural zone is no longer purely agricultural economic planning, and its program has been changed into a multiple system planning. Although scholars think that the zone planning can be got from different starting points, the system research for how to integrate different ideas into a whole system is deficient. Thus, the establishment of a practical theory system for the modern agricultural zone is very urgent and necessary. The author hopes can establish and improve the theoretical system through this research.Firstly, on the basis of defining the relevant concepts of modern agricultural zone, the thesis introduced the classification and development of modern agricultural zone, and then made a brief introduction to modern agriculture zone planning. After this, The author compiled the main four factors of modern agriculture zone, planning basal research, development strategy, development strategy, development evaluation, and then related theory to form a theoretical system for the planning of modern agricultural zone, combining with the experience accumulated in practical work and a large number of literature data. Due to the variety of modern agricultural zones, so the planning have different emphases, adopted by the theory and method are also different, so the author involved in the introduction of modern agricultural zone planning theory, only choose to focus on the parts, such as the agricultural location theory, theory of ecological suitability, the landscape security pattern theory, and the theory of regional agricultural industrial structure. The author participated in the planning for the establishment of a national modern agricultural demonstration zone in DaZhu county, Sichuan province. The experience is benefit for the theoretical system of operability and integrity verification. The author hopes to provide certain reference to get a constant improvement for the planning theory system of modern agricultural zone and to discover the problems existing in the application through research and analyzing the reasons so as to put forward the corresponding solutions.
