Modern urban traffic sustains city political, economic and cultural life’s lifeblood. With the rapid development of China’s economy and the expansion of city scale, Intelligent Transportation System(ITS)’s widely using is the development trend of the21st century world transportation system,which is the effective means of solving the present situation in Modern urban traffic congestion,reducing traffic safety accidents frequency and improving the urban transportation system road utilization. It is can be said that construct high-speed, convenient, comfortable and efficient information of the urban transportation system is an important measure of one city development logo.Countries in the world of modern urban traffic signal control system no longer stay in the only study how to control the level of traffic signal, but has gone deep into the set of intersection traffic signal control, urban traffic signal coordination and for rapid and high-speed control Road traffic signal control in an integrated management. Now developed a more successful international TRANSYT traffic signal control system, SCATS system, OPAC system, SCOOT. China’s domestic road traffic signal control system started relatively late for the first of foreign, since the eighties of last century a lot of human and material resources to research and development into urban traffic signal control technology, has established a number of urban traffic signal control system to solve a long period of staggered state in the country.To dredge the urban road traffic operation status quo, gradually realize the tension urban road traffic and improve the modernization process of urban road traffic system bottlenecks state, modern traffic career put the construction and management of the urban traffic signal intersection central the informatization as development’s centre of gravity. Signal intersection urban central district is the road traffic flow collection and the shunt important node, which not only can channel traffic, and beautify the city highly channelizing layout, but also in reasonable allocation traffic rights in separation, can achieve effectively in space and time of traffic flow of conflict, thus effectively ensure the role the path of motor vehicles and pedestrians travel security.This paper studies the driving behavior under the influence of driver’s temperament in the associated intersection’s sequence in the city center. The first step is to construct three-level Optimized&Control Strategy Model and establish the target control function based on the framework for the coordination of three-layer model closely related to the driving acceleration. Then it is use the microscopic traffic system to comparative simulation on the original signal lights scheme and the optimized model parameters and calculates model output to the simulation system of lights, so as to achieve the purpose of real-time control timing.In conclusion, this paper main work includes:1. The concept of the associated intersection’s sequence in the city center was proposed.2. The establishment of the target control function based on the framework for the coordination of three-layer model closely related to the driving acceleration.3. The acquisition of traffic flow data parameters and the survey statistics of driver traffic data related to the temperament.4. The comparison and analysis of the present situation of traffic operation simulation improvement of traffic timing scheme of simulation case.The simulation work of the microscopic traffic system (VISSIM) includes establishing network, simulation and test, evaluating the output. Each module completing preparation simulation plan, respectively, routing traffic attributes definition with steering, define signal control intersection attributes; setting and simulation traffic parameter; evaluation travel delay time, queuing counting.In addition, this paper abstract and classifies driving behavior under different character of specific drivers, which is divided into four driving mode. With the focus on considerations of the traffic sections information in the peak period, it analysis concrete driving characteristics under the driver vehicle-following models. This paper introduces the common traffic data’s collection principle and method.
