| In recent years, our country vigorously promotes highway construction, thus,highway service area is accompanied by the rapid development of construction, basedon this background. The author established a research topic of this paper.For a service area of planning and building design, the author proposes thefollowing five issues: How is the basic construction of the domestic service area?What are the passenger’s needs on the service area? Service area plan should featureon the site to respond? What style of architecture has become the choice of highwaysservice areas of China?
