The21stCentury-An information society with a qualitative leap where a human economic isdeveloping and the social progress is going hand in hand. In view of facing shortage of resources,environmental degradation and population growth around the world, people are improving thequality of their daily life by learning new knowledge. In recent years, more safe, comfortable,fast and efficient working and living environment is provided by the new building science andtechnology industry in the process of the improvement of traditional construction when the socialprogress and improvement of the ecological environment coordinate between each other.Currently, a great many of concepts of green building is constantly influx of intelligent architects’design concept such as green building, ecological construction, ecological high-tech building.Along with intelligent building as a new trend of modern architecture during Chinese sustainabledevelopment, the design optimization of air-conditioning system will be an important part.Usually, when people assess on the building air conditioning system, people only consultthe temperature of a unitary room as the only important indicator to access, and this will makethe design of intelligent control not to be precise along with generating new energy problems. Asthe concentration of CO2generated by the indoor stuff is the largest part in the return duct of airconditioning, which accounted for the concentration of pollutants, the CO2concentration will betaken into account in this paper with making variable air volume air condition system to be thecontrol study of multi-parameter adjustment when researchers regulate the temperature andhumidity of the room owing air condition system.In this paper, it is advanced that the research process of multi-parameter adjustment abouttemperature and humidity, CO2of variable air volume air condition system is achieved.According to the characteristics of this air condition system, the air terminal devices’ damperregulator, air blower’s frequency control and the controlling unit about fresh air are simulated,and the temperature of indoor-room is achieved to regulate effectively. In this paper, the maincontents include the following:(1) Master the theoretical knowledge, structure composition, basic working principle ofVAV air condition system, design the system structure of the subject, and achieve the controlstudy of multi-parameter adjustment about VAV air-conditioning system.(2) Collect the relevant theoretical knowledge of ant colony algorithm, establish thestructure flowchart of the this control system based on ant colony algorithm by studying theoriginal model and implementation steps of the ant colony algorithm.(3) According to the impact of the temperature, relative humidity and CO2on VAVair-conditioning system, the system is determined to use the total air volume control. When the ratio of the fresh-return air is achieved the practical requirements about the system, to control theblower with frequency control, and make the end equipments of interior to output thecorresponding wind to meet the indoor’s temperature.(4) Because of the PID controllers’ defects in the process of the system controlling, thispaper optimize the controller in controlling link by ant colony algorithm with simulating theprocess.(5) According to the comparative analysis of the system control by simulation, the systemcontrol elements do not reflect a good controlling performance in conventional control strategy,but the process of comprehensive regulation under system controlling link shows a betterperformance, which is optimized by ant colony algorithm.
