The automatic transmission mechanical transmission part consists of a gear transmissionpart and the shifting part. The gear transmission mechanism is the guarantee of the car toobtain good dynamic performance and fuel economy of important factors. Therefore, basedon the common automatic transmission planetary gear mechanism were summarized andclassified, Simpson, Ravingeaux and CR-CR are most common used. The possiblecombinations of two rows, three rows of structure and four planetary rows and its usage areanalysised.For the transmission of driving part, use the rotational speed and torque matrix toanalysis the transmission ratio and efficiency. The X23F transmission as an example, thecalculation results are same to parameters of examples, and the calculation by MATLAB,simplify the calculation process, and have certain universality. Use power flow chart for acase to the shift of power cycle analysis.According to the transmission structure design, use the lever analogy to analyze the fourpoint and five point type lever transmission schemes, and given the two row and the three rowof the design basic configuration.7files, for example, the basic configuration of three andfour degrees of freedom are designed.
