On the basis of enough theoretical study for hydraulic motor with multi cylindrical gear, under the condition of satisfied the output volume request, a designing method of parametrically designing hydraulic motor with multi cylindrical gear is proposed aiming at minimal cubage with by means of Visual C++ 6.0 software, and some designing method examples are provided for verifying the accuracy and possibility of those design methods. In addition, a calculating method of parametrically designing hydraulic motor with non-circular planetary gear is proposed aiming at maximal unit displacement and the minimal pulsation ratio by means of Visual C++ 6.0 software. A 2-type hydraulic motor with outside mesh cylindrical gear is designed and simulated, it is superior to hydraulic motor with ordinarily outside mesh gear through contrasting.Firstly, on the basis of theoretical analysis the structure and principle of hydraulic motor with multi cylindrical gear, main computational formula of this kind motor's performance index are inferred, in order to conveniently study and analyse this kind of motor, definition is given to hydraulic motor with multi cylindrical gear, educe main factors of affecting the motor's performance, provide theory basis for designing this kind of motor.Secondly, based on the research of flow characteristic of hydraulic motor with multi cylindrical gear, optimal conditions of tooth number are got to minimal the pulsation ratio of motor in the design of hydraulic motor.Then, under the condition of satisfied the output volume request, a designing method of parametrically designing hydraulic motor with multi cylindrical gear is proposed aiming at minimal cubage with by means of Visual C++ 6.0 software, a calculating method of parametrically designing hydraulic motor with non-circular planetary gear is proposed aiming at maximal unit displacement and the minimal pulsation ratio by means of Visual C++ 6.0 software,and some designing method examples are provided for verifying the accuracy and possibility of those design methods. 2-type with 8.8ml/r and 3-type with 12ml/r hydraulic motor with outside mesh cylindrical gear are successfully designed by means of this programme, 2-type with 8.8ml/r hydraulic motor with...
