The purpose of this article is based on MC9S12XS128single chip intelligent racing car design, it is designed a in terms of the model car platform, the use of Free scale Semiconductor Inc’s16bit microcontroller XS128as the core control module, through independent increase road photoelectric sensor, motor drive circuit, and write the corresponding software, making an independent recognition of road model cars. Can is it can in accordance with the track, in the shortest time to complete the race, and made good achievements, the thesis includes: introduction, the overall scheme of the system model design, mechanical part design, hardware circuit design, software design, system commissioning of six chapter.This paper briefly introduced the development general situation of intelligent vehicle," fly think of Carle Cup " intelligent car contest origin as well as our country " fly think of Carle Cup National Smart car race event. Described in detail the design of hardware and software of intelligent car, production, commissioning of the specific methods. And the steering, speed of the DC motor PID control of PWM signals is studied.Please to lose MC9S12XS128control module, as the entire smart "brain" of the car, photoelectric sensors, photoelectric encoder sensor signal according to the control algorithm to make control decisions to drive the DC motor and servo motor control smart car here.
