With the development of microelectronics technology, sensor technology, permanent magnetic materials, advanced control theory, and high-power switching devices, AC servo system has been gradually replacing the DC servo position in industrial applications, And widely used in the field of CNC machine tools, office automation, robotics, LSI and flexible manufacturing systems, etc.. Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) servo system, with power density, high efficiency, small rotor losses, installation and maintenance convenience, reliability, and other fine features, will have a wide range of applications in the field of electrical transmission. The design of high performance permanent magnet synchronous servo control system has important theoretical significance and application value.This paper with the discussion on the basis of the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor and vector control strategies, and simulation of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system, and detailed discussion of the DSP-based control system hardware and software, build the control system hardware and software platform, and experimental verification. A simulation model of the PMSM id=0control and maximum torque current than the control, simulation studies have shown that the id=0control is easy to implement, fast dynamic response and good following characteristics. Complete software and hardware circuit design and debug control core based on TMS320F2808. the hardware system includes the main circuit power supply, detection, digital control and a variety of interface circuit, software system to complete the entire control programming, including program initialization, PWM interrupt, AD conversion interrupt, speed computing and the current sampling.Built-based hardware and software platforms, the no-load and load experiments, experimental results show that the servo system has good performance, and verify the effectiveness of the algorithm prepared.
