Hydraulic high-pressure hose connecting hydraulic actuators, control valves, pumpstations and other hydraulic components is import hydraulic accessory. Because of theadvantages that moving with the actuators, convenient installation and maintenance,high-pressure, absorb hydraulic impact etc, the hydraulic high-pressure hose is widely usedin mine, metallurgy, automobile and various kinds of engineering machinery. Althoughhydraulic high-pressure hose only is regarded as a hydraulic accessory, its performanceand quality directly affect the whole hydraulic system performance, even safe operation.Accurate measurement of hydraulic high-pressure hose various performance is particularlyimportant in the inspection of performance and quality of hydraulic high-pressure hose andnew product design and development. The existing domestic hydraulic high-pressure hosetest bench mostly can only do the individual tests, unable to provide overall performancetest for hydraulic hose, especially in test automation and ultrahigh pressure research. Anddomestic hydraulic hose design research and development compared with foreign productsstill has some gaps. Therefore, designing a set of hydraulic high pressure hosecomprehensive test system will provide supports for the domestic hydraulic hoseperformance testing and the design of the product research and development and shortenthe gap between the performance of the hydraulic hose between China and abroad.Based on related national standards of hydraulic high-pressure hose test, takingaccount into physical characteristics of the hydraulic high pressure hose synthetically, theresearch designs a set of comprehensive test system of hydraulic high-pressure hose. Theresearch contents: analyzing related national standards of hydraulic high-pressure hose test,discussing and measuring the advantages and disadvantages of each subsystem scheme intest system, confirming the whole scheme of the test system; designing and selectinghydraulic components, measurement and control components and distribution plan of testsystem; studying the relationship between internal pressure radial deformation of hydraulichigh-pressure hose, and establishing and analysising a simulation model of hydraulicimpact; Simulating and analysising static pressure loading system in test system, optimizing hardware parameters of the static pressure loading system; simulating pulse testof hydraulic hose to verify the feasibility of the scheme and taking the correspondingchanges in order to perfect the test system.
