In recent years, with the serious environmental pollution and oil supply crisis and otherproblems, the energy problem and environmental pollution has become a fuel cars poweredby internal combustion engine faces two serious problems, saving energy and developingalternative energy sources, is considered to be the effective method to alleviate environmentalpollution, ensure the supply of energy, development of alternative fuels and electric vehicles,is one of the important means to solve the problem of environment. At present, the study ofelectric cars are mainly concentrated in energy storage, drive mode and control strategy,however, in the power battery and other technology under the premise of no effectivebreakthrough, to the design of power transmission system components matching researchbecome an important means to improve the performance of electric vehicles, pure electric carmotor and transmission matching, fuel consumption, drivability, the range of electric vehicleshas a significant effect. Now many electric cars is on the basis of traditional internalcombustion engine vehicle restructuring and become, most used for transmission of theoriginal one or two gear transmission ratio to drive, this is not conducive to the transmissionof the specialty, lightweight, and marketization, is unfavorable to the vehicle’s dynamicperformance and economic performance.This topic in the electric vehicle technology has carried on the comprehensive analysison the basis of, through the goal request, the battery, motor and drive system parameters of thecorresponding analysis, the GT-driver software simulation on vehicle power performanceand economy. Working condition of the research content is as follows: driving travel distanceand computing, maximum speed, maximum gradability computation and accelerate theperformance analysis, etc., according to the market demand, the full7tons sanitation car chassis battery, motor and DRIVE system of the matching is designed, and based on GT-DRIVE platform vehicle model, the performance and fuel economy is simulated, and therationality of the analysis parameters; And then optimize the transmission system, choose themore economy of variable speed system; Finally a prototype test to prove the rationality ofselecting the parameters, the reliability of the simulation software. At the same time, themodified prototype with the original traditional energy consumption comparison, validate themodified models of economy.In this paper, study on the modified parameter matching and Simulation of powertransmission system of special purpose vehicle chassis, obtained for special vehicles in thecity the necessity of the transformation, also special for the development of electricautomobile chassis, provides a certain theoretical basis and technical reference and researchmethods.
