More and more attention has been paid to the matching and optimization of dynamic parameters of pure electric logistics vehicle,the reasonable matching of driving system and optimization of transmission system transmission ratio are still important means to improve the power and economy of the vehicle.The driving control strategy is considered to be the core of pure electric logistics vehicle,has a direct influence on the vehicle's power,economy,security and other aspects,also is the guarantee for the cooperation and efficient operation of all parts of the pure electric vehicle.In this paper,the research is aiming at the problem that the single driving range is short,and the driving control strategy is not perfect.Two gear transmission has the function of improving the economic performance of pure electric vehicle,therefore,it is decided that the transmission system of the test car is matched with a two speed transmission,and the transmission ratio of the transmission system is optimized;at the same time according to the actual characteristics of the test vehicle,improve the driving control strategy.First of all,in the AVL-CRUISE software,the whole vehicle simulation model is established according to the structure of the test vehicle,the parameters of each component of the test vehicle are input into each component model.The performance of the vehicle's acceleration performance,maximum speed,maximum gradient and driving range are simulated and analyzed.The simulation results are compared with the dynamic and economic parameters obtained from the original vehicle testing to verify the accuracy of the model.Secondly,in order to improve the economic performance of pure electric vehicle,it is decided to match a two speed transmission for the pure electric logistics vehicle on the basis of the original vehicle.The transmission ratio is optimized by Isight integrated AVL-CRUISE,and the optimization results are obtained.The transmission ratio of the transmission model and the main reducer of the AVL-CRUISE vehicle model is modified to the optimized ratio,and in the AVL-CRUISE to verify the matching two speed transmission vehicle model in the premise of ensuring the power,the economy has been improved.Finally,based on the characteristics of the pure electric vehicle,the control strategy of the pure electric vehicle is studied,including driving control strategy,braking energy recovery control strategy and starting control strategy,establishes the drive control strategy model in MATLAB/Simulink,and the control strategy is implemented by joint simulation with AVL-CRUISE software,draw the performance curve and relevant information of the vehicle,the proposed control strategy is verified.
