District heating system(DHS) is considered as a most common heating method used in the north of China, besides the improvement of local residents living quality, allows a reduction in environmental pollution compared to conventional heating system. Nevertheless, thermal imbalance, energy waste and other negative influences are inevitable exist due to still few of deviations are appear in practical operation and system design section. Furthermore the working plan is also modulated unscientific by the operator working experience. For that, in this paper, a reasonable with high efficiency working plan will present by developing a predictable simulation which is built on heating system thermal demands, thereby achieving a distinct energy saving effect.Firstly, dividing numerous control volumes and establishing a dynamic model due to radiator with its shell can be considered as a vertical duct, and the model is applied to accurately simulate the air temperature of inner side radiator which has been proven by the measured values. Secondly, both Mixed Model and Zonal Model can be utilized for model developing and continues to make progress gradually, several of thermal environment numerical models are founded through analyze on heat storage capacity, indoor heat source and solar radiation influence. Then, the related programming simulation and experimental investigation will be validated in sequence. Thirdly, a DHS with dynamic temperature model will be explored for which is based on the existing hydraulic model, while the corresponding energy conservation equation used in each part of pipes split from the whole system. Finally, particular node method is also employed in this simulation, for obtaining terminal user temperature distribution and analyzing on DHS simulation. This paper will be a reliable guide for DHS management by predicts terminal user’s indoor temperature variation behavior. This paper investigated qualitative regulation in heating system, the influence of building thermal storage and indoor temperature variation has to be considered thus to achieve a preferable fit with measured value. To compare simulation value with experimental results shows an increase in indoor air temperature with height increasing in vertical direction, while its temperature difference also grow with radiator supplied water temperature. The results simultaneously indicate there is no significant difference for the long-distance temperature value. Furthermore, local climate information can be input in this mode! to calculate the favorable result of DHS, thereby to identify a reliable working evidence for heating system operation.
