The Research On Architectural Design Of Assembled Public Rental Housing

The12th five-year plans to build36millionunits of public housing, the public rental housing accounted for more than40%.The next few years is still the public rental housing construction peak period, at the same time,application the assembly technology in the construction of public rental housing has a positive and practical significance. Therefore, this thesis is based on the integration of the two fields,and discussion on the design of assembly public rental housing’s building system, in order to presents a whole set of solution. The main research contents areas follows:The first chapter introduces the background and significance, explains the basic concept, definite the scope of the study, Overview the literature study of the two disciplines.At last, its introduces the research content, framework and research method.The second chapter is the research of development history and current situation. Through the research, find the experience we can learn.The third chapter is the study on design method of assembly type on public rental housing. Mainly carries on from three aspects:housing design, standard layer design and building elevation design.The fourth chapter focuses on the technology system of assembly residential. In this chapter,the system is divided into four parts:the structure system,supporting system, mechanical system and indoor systeraTalk about the design principles and connection technology of all kinds of prefabricated.The fifth chapter, through the instance of Beijing assembly public housing,to expands the empirical research of standard design method in the third and the fourth chapter.
