Industrialized Housing System And Its Spatial Variability Of Design Research

In environmental pollution intensifies, under the influence of factors such as labor costs increase, a lot of fast construction of extensive manual production of the traditional mode of construction problems appeared gradually. According to our country housing construction planning, by 2015, China’s housing construction basically satisfied, gradually moving towards well comfortable model. To develop the construction industrialization and transformation of the mode of production and to realize the modernization of the industry, meet the demand for residential higher living. Under the impetus of the policy, to develop the construction of residential industrialization in our country, already has a certain technical level and standardization.Industrialized housing standard as the foundation, has the advantages such as economic, efficient, and it is able to meet the needs of residential lots of construction in China. But in the face of increasingly diverse living demand, lack of variability of design strategy. How to coordinate the relationship between the standardization and variability and stimulate the thinking of the designers.Europe, Japan and other places of the industrialization of residential dwellings earlier, has experienced production, system perfect, variability design exploration,such as long process of sustainable development, has accumulated rich experience,the author explores the design of industrialized housing system in our country and variability, has used for reference.This paper focuses on design of industrialized housing system at home and abroad and variability of the comparison of the status quo. On the basis of field investigation and literature research, a systematic study and analysis of the industrialization of residential system and the design method of spatial variability,and draw lessons from foreign advanced design concept and technological system, thespace for the industrialized housing system and housing to explore the variability of design.This paper first discusses the foreign residential development history and the general law of industrialization, the clear development direction. Then through case analysis, from the level of housing system, the spatial variability of design summary of industrialized housing at home and abroad. On this basis, a comparative study and draw lessons from foreign advanced design idea and method, from two aspects of housing system and the spatial variability of design research diversified design gimmick. And through the industrialization of residential design, to design the space variability of the argument.The last two aspects from the system level and the concrete design methods are summarized and prospect was put forward.
