Container as part of the liner company’s assets, the mixing amount directly determines the cost of container liner companies in a certain period of time. With the ups and downs of economy continuously, container is ups and downs in the market’s requirements. After the outbreak of the subprime crisis, a sharp fall in the number of trade, liner companies and container capacity of excess; But as the economy recovers and trade volumes rebound quickly, and led to the industry of container in short supply. Ports as the shipping line of nodes, is the generated source and destination of heavy container, the stored warehouses of empty containers. It has played an important role in the transport and transformation of buffering and control empty and heavy. Under the always changing market, a fine mingling of port container plays a vital role to the liner company’s operating income.This paper meet the demand of container transport services to the container liner company allocate fundamental purpose, starting from the final goal to improve their profitability, through the liner company allocate volume factor of a container in the port, container loading and unloading, empty and heavy container in port flow process and so on, to analysis, discussion and research of port container management system and extend to the whole route’s multiple point research through a single port point research, so as to achieve the integrity of the whole optimization. Under a changing environment of demand and supply port with the port container allocation problem, this article is based on reality, through research found that the operation of the container flow cause the operating problems, and causing the trouble to the market sales personnel. By fully considering the container in the port of flow process and the sudden return of heavy container problems, this paper argument the impact in container deployment about this problem through the analysis, and build a model to providing decision support for liner companies and improving the system of container operation management. At the same time, in theory, this paper makes up for the insufficient of the container allocation problem in container in the port of turnover and mutual effects of containers, and improve the system of container allocation theory.
