Dalian Port Container Sea-rail Transportation Network Assignment

To improve the collection and distribution of Dalian port sea-rail intermodal transportation system efficiency, based on the operation of Dalian Port situation and development trend, combined with the situation of port ea-rail intermodal transportation system, taking port hinterland GDP estimate economic hinterland traffic demand, taking the existing container sea-rail intermodal transport operating situation to estimate path capacity constraints, taking negative exponent network flow model to distribute the path network traffic of economic hinterland. Comparison container sea-rail intermodal transportation flow distribution results with path capacity constraints of the Dalian port in the next five years, balance ports will be finded between Dalian sea-rail transport capacity and quantum. The research results show,the dalian port container transportation quantum is433800TEU and479700TEU in2013and2014, is respectively lower than the current transport capacity of509600TEU, the capacity was gradually saturated. However, from the analysis on each path to Shenyang and Tongliao capacity is obviously insufficient to Yanji slight excess line capacity to consider in ensuring the overall capacity, based on the appropriate adjustments container trains equipped with. But by2015, the Dalian Port Container rail transport volume will reach525,700TEU, more than the existing railway transportation capacity, Shenyang and Tongliao capacity shortage situation intensified, Harbin and Suifenhe lines will start to appear in2017, a slight lack of capacity phenomenon need to consider the development of trains and the line.
