In recent years,along with the implementation of the national "The Belt and Road"strategy,our country has gradually deepened the pace of participation in international trade.The demand for goods transportation among countries often needs to be realized through various means of transportation,including the proportion of shipping business occupying most of them,which makes ports play an increasingly important role in international trade and economic cooperation.Therefore,how to complete the collection and distribution of ports has become a pressing matter of the moment.In order to optimize the structure the port,sea-rail intermodal transport come into being.The development of sea-rail intermodal transport makes the structure of port more reasonable,which improves the transportation efficiency and service level.At present,railway transportation only accounts for more than 2.6%in Chinese port collection and distribution system,so sea-rail intermodal transportation should be developed.Among the factors that restrict the development of sea-rail intermodal transport,the undulation of the container flow makes the connection between "sea" and"rail" unfluency.It makes the container stay in the port for long time,which makes it difficult to ensure the reliability of the regular trains operation.Based on this,the paper takes the sea-rail intermodal transport regular train as the research object and takes the undulation of container flow as the main factor to study the organization the regular train operation,so as to improve the efficiency of the train operation.Firstly,the paper analyzes the development and research status of the related issues of container transportation and sea-rail intennodal transport regular train at home and abroad,and the paper points out that the indeterminacy of the arrival of container flow is less considered in the existing research.Through the analysis of the characteristics of port operation process and container flow,this paper determines the research content of the regular train organization considering the container flow undulation in the uncertain situation.At the same time,the paper introduces the related knowledge of uncertainty theory and selects the research method that is suitable for this article.Secondly,the paper analyzes the operation of sea-rail intermodal transport regular train with container flow undulation.By analyzing the influencing factors and the factors of regular train operation,the paper discusses the relationship between container flow undulation and trains operation in time,volume and cost.Taking Shanghai port as an example,the paper analyses the fluctuation characteristics of the port container flow and lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of the model below.Thirdly,the paper describes the problem of train operation and determines the two modeling angles of deterministic and uncertainty demand to analyze the problem studied in this paper.The content of the paper includes the establishment of the basic model with time and cost as the target and the establishment of a robust optimization model under the uncertainty of the fluctuation factors.According to the characteristics of the model,this paper chooses the genetic algorithm that belongs to the heuristic algorithm to solve the model.Meanwhile,in order to verify the validity of the model,this paper designs the corresponding evaluation index of regular trains operation as an analysis.Finally,Ningbo port is selected as an example.This paper summarizes the basic information of the port and obtains the data of container flow in the study period,as well as the data characteristics;By setting relevant parameters,the paper solves the proposed model by programming.According to the results,the paper analyzes the changes of various indicators and demonstrates the applicability of the model.What's more,the paper provides some suggestions for improving the operation efficiency of sea-rail intermodal transport of Ningbo port.
