Firstly, the novel introduce the circumstance about production equipment and instrument, process. energy consumption in a non-ferrous metal company.We ask information on power quality present situation of energy consumption, and analyzes the causes of this series of power quality problems and the possible consequences. According to the characteristic of enterprise energy management system, based on power quality data collection and analysis, to key energy-using link on lead smelting furnace annealing furnace and electric energy saving control and monitoring, creating energy management system. To make reasonable energy use, waste control, to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction, saving energy and reducing consumption, to achieve the aim of creating benefits.Then, in view of the energy consumption situation of nonferrous metal enterprises, power quality present situation and existing problems, using fuzzy algorithm for power quality comprehensive evaluation, creating a evaluation system to power quality evaluation for excellent quality, good quality, medium quality, qualified and unqualified in five grades, and displayed in the enterprise energy management system. Power quality is determined by multiple single index mutual influence, in this paper, the author studies on the steady-state power quality the individual indicators have voltage deviation, frequency deviation, voltage and current harmonic, unbalanced three-phase, voltage fluctuation and flicker, these indicators have randomness and uncertainty, each single index attribute has a certain ambiguity, and the relation between each index is also uncertain, it is difficult to determine the quantitative relation. Research and evaluation of power quality cannot use quantitative value to measure, so the fuzzy algorithm is adopted to carry out comprehensive evaluation, make evaluation result more scientific. Membership function is the basis of the fuzzy algorithm, membership function is effective or not directly related to the level of power quality evaluation more scientific, effective membership function can more fully reflect the essential characteristics of each single index. Based on each index of the attributes, characteristics, adopting the method of determining the membership function of different, the fuzzy statistics, the binary comparison sorting method, the piecewise function representation. For problem of the weight of each index, this study adopts the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine weight vector, achieved the combination of qualitative and quantitative, to avoid the influence of subjective judgment, make evaluation results more objective and more reliable and more practical significance.Finally, analysis the influence of power quality for modern industry and the relationship between the power quality and saving energy and reducing consumption. In casting process, management system is established combined with the connection with the evaluation system of power quality. Analysis the non-ferrous metal casting workshop in energy management system of enterprise energy consumption data. This paper studies the harmonic impact on saving energy and reducing consumption. According to the characteristic of this enterprise harmonic and multiple harmonic data research and analysis, according to the harmonic governance measures voltage current harmonic contained rate data before and after contrast, and carries on the theory and simulation experiments, the experimental results show that the harmonics contained lower rate can produce obvious energy saving effect.
