Research Of Energy Conservation Management System For Thermal Power Enterprise

Recently,the overall energy consumption growth has come rapidly,the contradiction between energy supply and demand has become increasingly prominent;main types of energy consumption are still coal-based,and the development and utilization of new energy can't meet domestic demand;energy utilization is generally low;Thus,it is urgent to develop an efficient method for energy conservation management.This paper is mainly based on the ISO14000 series standards and the experience of energy management at home and abroad.According to the concept of cleaner production,the energy consumption,energy efficiency and energy saving management system of enterprises are studied and evaluated.The energy utilization of enterprise in all production processes was systematically analyzed by adopting energy consumption measurement,energy efficiency monitoring and energy system auditing and other technologies,and found out the improvement direction and potential of the enterprise,formulated targeted energy conservation management measures,optimized the energy conservation management system of enterprise,and applied the study results to practical application in the Guo Tai company,good results had been achieved.The mainly research results are shown as following:(1)Taking the Guotai Company as an improvement case,using the ISO14000 system and advanced management concept,establish a set of Guotai Company's energy management system,set up energy-saving management organization perfect,developed from the energy demand,procurement,measurement,statistics,analysis and evaluation of a series of energy saving quota management system,effectively promote the implementation of energy-saving management system,improve enterprise energy management level,optimizing the energy saving target of each link.(2)to analyze and identify the energy saving factors that can be controlled and possibly exerted in organizational activities,products and services,and to evaluate the most prominent energy saving factors for energy saving management,so as to optimize and monitor objects,and plan the energy conservation management system of enterprises.According to the management mode of PDCA,through the continuous improvement cycle process,the Guotai Company achieved good results in energy saving.(3)The effectiveness of the energy saving management system is analyzed.The results show that the implementation of energy-saving management system has a good energy saving effect,which can reduce the cost of enterprises,and help enterprises further improve their market competitiveness,profitability and risk tolerance capabilities.
