Especially,we are still not able to realize that the engineering risk systems should be looked on as a whole object to consider.So, the study on the prevention and control of project risk become a key issue. Risk early warning research of engineering project could assist project managers to identify,supervise and keep a look-out of the various types of risk in project activities. And then,give some support in the work of Diagnosis,evaluating, alerting and Making Countermeasures.It effectively reduces the impact of risk factors on construction activities.and integrateds project management level and economic efficiency of enterprises.Make sure that the normal operation of the project is in a safe track.Relying on specific projects such as a procuratorate office facilities of a certain company in Gansu province,this paper specially studies the establishment of the project risk early warning system. Explore a way to Real-time monitoring of alarm on the project and providing treatment measures by Establishing risk early warning systemThis article integrated summarized a collection of risk factors indicators Applicable to similar projects. According to the Analytic Hierarchy Process, we got the Risk early warning indicators weight collection.Afterwards.it made a project risk warning management score sheet. Using fuzzy mathematical method to deal with all the items rated,we got risk warning composite score for each project.Under the developed police intelligence framework,the police intelligence of each project were made by the composite score. Using artificial neural network approach to establish a risk early warning system model,after training and learning,we found that the error were very small.So,it was proved that this risk early warning system model could be Applied to actual engineering projects, providing project managers scientific support and help.
