Researched On Electric Vehicle Intelligent Charging Business Critical Technology Based On Internet Of Things

As a way of new energy vehicles,Electric vehicles break the situation that the traditional fuel vehicles are dependent on oil,gas and other resources.As a new type of energy saving and environmental protection transport vehicle,EVs bring new strategic opportunities and technical challenges for us.EVs develop so fast,it will become the main transport in the foreseeable future. However there are still many unfavorable factors of large-scale development of the electric vehicle industry. The most significant problem is the lack of basic power facilities establishment, the low power efficiency and other issues.In order to solve the problem of long time charging,the mode of battery swap is emerging,EVs swap its batteries in the station,it can save the time of charging, but it needs to standard the leasing battery and in the actual operation, this mode also faces the difficulty of big investment of basic facilities, unclear billing mothod.In order to solve the problems in the operations of EVs power business, the paper has researched on EV intelligent power business, introduced the key technologies of the Internet of Things, including the RFID radio frequency identification technology, ZigBee short-range communication technology, M2M network, and then smart power plants of networking architecture is designed on the basis of these key technologies.In the way of perception layer, transport layer, application layer typical Internet of Things architecture,forms the intelligent perception of information in the station and constitute the smart power station.The paper designed the software architecture of EV intelligent operation support platform and then presents intelligent charging business operations model and intelligent vehicles safe operation in detail and the two business operations are of great significance for the promotion and development of the electric vehicle. Based intelligent support system the paper described the functions of various parts of the application layer, including EVs recognition module, battery recognition module, charging preparation module and so on, improved the intelligence and security of EV operation business based on the technology of the Internet of Things.Finally the paper gets the value of indicators parameter of electric service process in the intelligent and non-intelligent mode by simulation experiments,and then quantify the benefits of the intelligent mechanism.The whole EV operating and power-efficient business model can not only meet the needs of the user chargint,better to promote electric vehicles’s large-scale popularization and application in China, but also to promote rapid and healthy development of the electric vehicle industry in China.
