With the development of electric vehicles,electric vehicles needs to build charging for electric service network to provide battery charging for electric service,which meets the needs of electric vehicle operations,providing basic support to the development of electric vehicles.State Grid Jibei Electric Power Company,according to the state grid smart charging for electric operation of the facility construction requirements,bears the task of the charge for power plants and electric cars remote operation monitoring.Analysis of this topic in close connection with State Grid Jibei Electric Power Company,charging converter station and electric vehicle remote operation monitoring project,from the AC power supply system,binning charging system,charging for electric system,replace the system battery,charge for station monitoring system started to study the filling station operators and electric car remote monitoring systems engineering design,calculation models and methods,described the overall architecture and design and implementation of each layer.In basis of theoretical analysis and calculation about the GPRS positioning and networking technology design,analyzed the charging for electric service network system configuration and explored the adaptation of the State Grid Jibei Electric Power Company charging facilities for electric vehicles and electric operations planning.This paper combined smart grid construction,according to the State Grid Jibei Electric Power Company electric vehicle charging facilities for electric construction area,rational planned the operational monitoring system,and adopted the actual project verification.
