Prestressed Long-Span Beam String Structure Simulation Studies Based On Ansys

The Beam String Structure is a new type space-structure raised in these years. It is a type of external prestress which connects the member in compression and flexure with the stretched member by several struts, in the meantime, stresses the prestress to the string to make the structure produce a inverted displacement, and after the loads, the structure will be renewed to its original shape, Beam string structure, with good mechanic performance and economic benefit, has been paid more and more attention to.The Beam String Structure is studied based on a stadium as the foundation of modeling, the tension in the construction process is simulated using finite element software ansys, the two methods of tensioning in construction are compared from the Angle of structure deformation and stress; Commonly used method of simulation of prestress is changing-remperature method and initial strain gauge, this article compared the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods through the establishment of model calculation; on the basis of the definition of initial strain method, the reasonable prestressing value is studied to obtained the appropriate range, This has very good guidance for the project construction.The formfinding of the structure is the difficulty in the construction, structure stability problems also need to consider, these problems are the most fundamental and most important problems in the construction whichis also a problem must be solved before the construction. In this paper, by using strain gauge simulation of prestress the formfinding of the Beam String Structure is solved,and several methods of formfinding are summarized, from the Angle of force analysis, several kinds of actual instability situation of the Beam String Structure is summarized, by changing the geometry of the structure modeling, after analysis the geometric parameters which influence the stability of the structure are obtained.
