Sometimes,production machinery of various institutions are far apart. Mechanical contact will enable the transmission mechanism extremely complex,cumbersome structure,and can not be achieved mechanical contact.Then if we use the electrical synchronous rotation system (electrical shaft system) in various inter-agency,it will make the production of mechanical structure simple and compact.Firstly, this article analyzes the electrical shaft system general circuit structure and the mathematical model, three different types of electrical shaft system, as well as the different structure of electrical shaft system in the engineering application, and Introducing the basic situation of rolling test rig.Secondly,this article deeply research and analyze "adjust step", which is quite important key technology in the electrical shaft system. Analyzed main circuit structure and characteristics of the "adjust step", drew stator current, rotor current, damped oscillations graph in the process of step. Given two "adjust step" way, adjustable power supply and rotor voltage rising, and simulation of various "adjust step"of the way, and deeply understanding of the electrical parameters in this process.Then, this article analyzes the stability of the electrical shaft system, through the analysis of circuit structure and formula projections,we obtained the relationship between the stability of the system and the motor parameters and structure,drew a graph of the dynamic process when the load imbalance,calculated electrical shaft coupling stiffness, and drew the energy flow diagram and energy loss map with auxiliary systems, from a new point of view of energy interpreted operation process and state of the electrical shaft system.Finally,designed experiment system,completed the design of the speed and position detection circuit with DSP2812,wrote speed measurement program and the angle measurement procedures and Delphi interface display software.Completed the measurement of the speed, angle changes dynamic measurement,and we collected variety of dynamic waveform with "DL850",and analyzed deeply the waveform and data. The results show that the two types of "adjust step" scheme has a good effect. Now it has been using in orbiting laboratory rolling vibration test. Therefore, this study has not only theoretical significance, but also has a certain useful value.
