| Wind environment is important component of indoor and outdoor building thermal en-vironment,is related to building energy efficiency,indoor and outdoor air quality and thermal comfort degree.Considering wind environment as a influencing factor positively in building design is a performance of climate adaptive strategy,and studying the relationship between wind environment and building has important significance.This paper study the outdoor wind environment of town in Chengdu by numerical simulation and experimental method.Employ the FLUENT software and the RNG k-ε model to carry out numerical calcula-tion. Verify reliability of numerical simulation by use of experimental data and wind tunnel conclusion of other researchers.Prove that this method can be used in this paper.Conduct onsite survey in towns and collect the wind environment data of streets,roofs,square and rooms.Briefly analyze layout characteristic of town buildings.Carry out simulation of different layouts combining actual wind climate of Chengdu.Study the wind environment distribution characteristic of street canyon in diffent pro-jection angles,distance and height of buildings. Study the influence to wind environment of space under terrace and corridor. Study the impact to internal wind velocity of enclosed nei-borhood.Analyze the results by parameters of wind velocity and its mean values,velocity ra-tio as well as wind pressure differentials.Based on actual situations of towns in Chengdu and its specific requirements on wind environment,this paper proposes design strategies from four aspects including building gen-eral layout,streets canyon,building itself and external environment,in order to provide bene-ficial preferences for urban design of towns and constructing green towns. |
