Study On Humanized Design Of Outdoor Space In Chengdu Nursing Home

At present,China has entered an aging society,and the miniaturization of family structure has led to a sharp increase in the population of the elderly.As a result,the ordinary family pension model can no longer meet the needs of the elderly,and social pension has become an inevitable trend.However,the domestic pension situation is not optimistic: China’s pension industry started late and is in the stage of development.Although the government has increased the support,it is common to only meet the basic needs of the elderly and ignore their emotional needs.However,this group is the group that needs the most care.The design is not humanized enough,too much emphasis on interior design ignores the creation of outdoor space,landscape homogenization and a series of problems can be found everywhere,unable to provide the elderly with a comfortable and comfortable quality environment to spend their old age.However,the outdoor activity space of the nursing home can bring all kinds of activity places to the elderly.A highquality outdoor environment can improve the enthusiasm of the elderly to participate in activities and play an indispensable role in improving their quality of life.Therefore,the outdoor activity space of the nursing home is of great significance.As an important central city in the western region--chengdu,the population of the elderly over 60 years old accounts for 20.6% of the total population,which makes the oldage care burden extremely heavy.Taking the outdoor environment design of nursing homes in chengdu city as the research object,this paper conducts a field survey and questionnaire survey on nursing homes in chengdu city based on the characteristics of elderly people’s psychology,physiology and behavioral activities.After summarizing,it puts forward the outdoor environment design principles in line with chengdu nursing home and puts forward design Suggestions,hoping to provide some help for the optimization design of chengdu nursing home environment and promote the overall development of chengdu nursing home.This thesis mainly studies the following aspects:(1)through the outdoor space requirements questionnaire survey to understand basic circumstances,activities,the elderly,interactive type preferences,needs,places,travel demand factors,the conclusion is: the high demand for outdoor activities,and the elderly people should pay attention to the needs of the elderly,and demand rich variety of activity types.The demand for activity space is characterized by high retention and high aggregation,among which the key demand is forrest space and low physical consumption space.In addition,the footpath rest space should be mainly built.The elderly have a high demand for convenient and safe road system,comfortable rest facilities and rich green environment.(2)combined with the satisfaction evaluation of outdoor space and the actual investigation,the advantages and disadvantages of overall layout,road system,service facilities,activity space and vegetation environment of nursing homes in chengdu were summarized.The advantages are: the nursing home basically contains necessary activity space,rest space and fitness space,the road has guidance and recognition,the pavement material is rich in variety,the barrier-free facilities are basically covered,the mobile rest facilities and various forms,the sign system is relatively eye-catching,most of the nursing home vegetation is in good condition.The disadvantages are: less concentrated placement of activity facilities,lack of people and vehicles diversion consciousness,do not pay attention to the choice of seat material and form,do not pay attention to the lighting situation,rarely see the planting of health care plants for the elderly,lack of enough private space.(3)aiming at the commonness of previous problems,the corresponding design principles and strategies for outdoor space of nursing homes in chengdu are proposed.The design principles are: safety principle,placebased principle and communicative principle.The design strategy is: improve the spatial layout,improve site cohesion,create a safe and convenient road system,create a comfortable and beautiful space,optimize and perfect the infrastructure,enhance sensory experience hu vegetation design,and put forward a new mode of living in retirement.(4)according to the previous design principles and design objectives of chengdu chunde nursing home to put forward Suggestions.
