Research On The Trains Plan In The Passenger Dedicated Line Based On Passenger Service Characteristics

Railway passenger transport service, has been always facing the competitions of other ways of transportation, with the development of national economy, the diversification of passenger travel mode is more and more fierce. In order to cope with the increasingly serious situation, only does the railway departments improve their quality of service, it can achieve survival and development. As passenger transportation product design planning scheme of the passenger dedicated line construction and operation, it of great significance to improve the railway service quality; The trains plan in passenger dedicated line itself has some certain passenger service characteristics, and those meet the needs of passengers are the important measures of the quality of operation scheme. The evaluation and optimization of the existing passenger dedicated line program more focusing on the benefits of the railway departments, not pay attention to the service quality of passengers, it is also the original intention of this study.Firstly, this paper summarizes a lot of domestic and foreign research data, combined with the present situation of railway transportation, pointing out the immediate and long-term task of railway transportation in our country, and from the perspective of the passenger service connotation, it an analysis the relationship between railway passenger services and products for railway passenger transport. And then, the general overview of the trains plan in passenger dedicated line, mainly from the structure, principle and influence factors of the operation scheme, which focus on the passenger service features. Through the analysis of the railway passenger service situation of three typical countries, and the passenger services characteristics of the trains plan in passenger dedicated line, passenger train diagram, the motor train-set plan, the use of platform and track passenger service characteristics, pointing out that our country can from safety, quickness, punctuality, efficiency, convenience and comfort improve service quality. On this basis, this paper established the passenger service performance for passenger dedicated line operation scheme evaluation index system, quantifying the evaluation indicators, through the contrastive analysis of the evaluation method, combining with the characteristics of evaluation index system, determining the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, and with the Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity railway as an example carried on the instance analysis. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of passenger waiting time, transfer time and frequency of train services, establishing the objective function based on passenger travel time at least, Part of the passenger service characteristic is dual optimization model of constraints. Because of the complexity of the model, this paper is based on the modern heuristic algorithm-GA algorithm.
