As a kind of new energy, nuclear energy can not only replace the role of existing energy in social life, but also has an unparalleled advantage compared with traditional fossil energy and other new energy. Disposaling of nuclear waste which is generated by the nuclear reaction is a big problem and urgently to be solved by many countries. Therefore, many researches have been done on shielding calculation, container design and manufacturing, security transportation and so on about the shielded transshipment container all over the world.In view of the above background, this paper researches on the nuclear waste shielded transshipment platform. The main work is as follows:Above all, the related status quo of the disposaling of nuclear waste, shielded transshipment container, dropping test analysis and automatic welding platforms are reviewed about home and abroad. In addition, this thesis introduces the finite element ideas and some kinds of relational tools.The structural characteristics and transport processes of the traditional shielded transshipment container are also analyzed in this paper. In order to solve the shortcomings of traditional shielded transshipment container, this thesis first uses the pressure vessel wall thickness calculation method of the thin-walled cylinder and calculates the minimum wall thickness stainless steel layer shielded transshipment container by the derivation. And then, it comes up with the design idea which is the combination of the split structure and load-bearing support column. Once more, there has a static analysis of the new structure, the results of which show that the structure satisfying the condition of strength and stiffness of the shielded transshipment container. Finally, some optimizations are done in the structural details of shielded transshipment container, which improve the convenience and security of operation. This design plan also succeed in losing weight by29%.What’s more, it meet the requirements of the new plant.For the accident that shielded transshipment container may occur in the process of transportation and lifting. This paper uses the SolidWorks Simulation dropping test module to do dropping test analysis, including five conditions on the new shielded transshipment container. According to the results of the analysis, the maximum stress value of dropping impact of the new shielded transshipment container is less than the yield strength of material. It proposes two programs such as changing the load-bearing support column structure and increasing cushion on the bottom of the container to reduce the maximum stress value. By the dropping simulation analysis, there is no obvious reduction effect of the maximum stress in the dropping impact of shield transshipment container through changing the structure of the load-bearing support column, but increasing the cushion made of natural rubber in the bottom of the container can effectively reduce the maximum stress in the dropping impact.For storage tank sealing flange structure, the thesis presents the design of inside button hook whose internal including mechanical cam up tight organization. This hook can realize automatic clamping, automatic lifting process and automatic unloading. Furthermore, Automatic encapsulation platform is designed, and the automatic welding process and helium leak test plan are also determined.
