Earthquake as a natural disaster exists in nature, especially the devastating earthquake caused huge economic losses, caused a great threat to the lives of people at the same time, the shear wall structure which came into being through continuous exploration and esearch,effective earthquake resistance measures, and achieved excellent results.With the rapid development of computing technology, people began the computer used in the engineering field. The development of computer simulation technology, good to make up for the shortcomings of the structure test solve the problems of such material is similar to the similar time, easy the whole process of tracking force structure, and save a lot of manpower, material and financial resources. In this paper, a large finite element software, research and exploration of traditional reinforced concrete shear wall structure, and provide a reference for the design of shear wall structure.(1) The establishment of a10-story reinforced concrete monolithic1/5scale finite element model of coupled shear wall structure, through the non-linear finite element software analysis, the structure of the load-displacement curve, then by theoretical calculation wasspecial displacement structure and finite element analysis to compare the calculated displacement values, and the error between the two analyzed to verify the finite element analysis model established in this paper has the reliability.(2) The shear wall structure vertex monotonic horizontal load applied progressively increased, to simulate the earthquake, the observed structural cracks, to fully carry out the whole process until eventually destroy the structure, the bearing capacity and deformation properties of the structure analysis, structure failure mechanism.(3) Coupled shear wall structure as a whole structure, under normal operating conditions the entire cross-section of the structure of longitudinal strain is divided into non-linear, but separate a pier, in line with the assumption of plane section; reaches ultimate load section at the bottom of the left limb damage does not meet the plane section assumes that the right limb structure in normal working condition, the vertical strain also has a linear law.(4) Analyzes influencing factors of axial compression ratio, number of floors, concrete strength and the hole coefficient, and the results be compared, draw their structure bearing capacity and deformation properties. To strengthen people’s mechanical behavior of coupled shear wall structure, at the same time provide some reference for the seismic design of the structure.(5) By the finite element analysis of the structure of the natural frequencies and mode shapes to study the dynamic characteristics.
