The UAV play an important role in civilian and military fields for its flexible use. In order to realize the function of automatic control of flight, the UAV must have the flight control computer, sensor and servo, which are the three basic mechanisms. Micro autopilot control system is the core mechanism of small UAV, its performance directly affects the performance of the UAV. With increasingly high requirements on aspects of processing speed and the system’s ministrations of the UAV control system, DSP processor with high speed clock and rich peripheral interface as the control core of micro autopilot has become one of the hot research points of flight control system.This paper is for small UAV, the design and implementation of the main control system autopilot is based on TMS320f2812with Altium Designer, which is the flight control system of the small UAV. The system contains the MEMS gyro, accelerometer, compass the peripheral module and an external memory, A/D conversion, serial communication, drive control module hardware resources to expand, and integrated with GPS interface and2.4G wireless transmission module and actuator drive circuit and a DC-motor drive circuit. The sensor can state information detection body and convert these into electrical signals, which CPU can identify, so that control system calculate the received signals and then sends a PWM control signal to the actuator so as to correct body posture. The upper computer can monitor and control system through the serial port communication. Manual or guidance command can be inputted through radio or upper computer. In the design of the circuit board hardware system, fully considering the system against electromagnetic interference (EMC) performance. After the completion of the design of the hardware platform, it is the hardware debugging gives some test procedure, and some necessary debug for the system. Through many tests on the hardware platform of the system for a long time after that, the design scheme is reasonable and feasible, the system has the characteristics of high reliability, small size, low power consumption, good real-time.
