The Research On The Optimization Design For The Multiplex Cinema Of The City Commercial Complex

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economic constructionand social culture under the background of increasing demand, the cinema as acarrier of cultural and recreational activities, has become an impor tant part of ourculture and entertainment industry, and has a speed of development of otherconstruction incomparable. In the urbanization process and social consumptionculture constantly updated and driven, multiplex cinema in the urban commercialcomplex increasse contact with other functional. And because of the multiplescreens and multiple screening methods, it has gradually become a main way of themodern cinema construction to to adapt to the diverse and experiential socialconsumption pattern.This article takes the development background of city commercial complexand cinema as a starting point, set research scope is multiplex cinema of urbancommercial complex. Then analysis the characteristics of objects based on thedomestic and foreign development present situation, and summarizes thecharacteristics of objects， and analysis impact of social consumption culture andthe process of urbanization. On the basis of theoretical research, I research somerelated instances in the Beijing area, through the observation, photography,individual interviews and other methods t o obtain a large number of firsthandmaterial. This paper analyzes the research objects of design elements based on thecases，mainly includes the site selection,, space combination, space environment,streamline and evacuation of lobby and cinema hall, and the point is the analysis onspace combination and environment of lobby and cinema hall as well as theclassification method and the design key point. Through research and analysis ofaffecting factors on problems in various aspects situation, This article finallybrings forward the optimization design principles and methods, and tentativelyapplied in example.
