VAV air conditioning is used more and more in the area, because of the advantages oflong life and comfortable and sauce saving. Meanwhile,for the request of comfortable, VAVair conditioning need to be controlled by parameter, so the congress is complex and poorstability and more fault. Normal operation of VAV air conditioning depends on the controlsystem, so it is very important to monitoring and evaluation to the controlled air-conditioningsystem. Currently the evaluate to the VAV controlled air-conditioning system at home andabroad is qualitative evaluation, none of them is quantitative evaluation. It is very importantpractical significance for air conditioning energy saving, comfortable and smooth running,that the checking the air-conditioning running by quantitative evaluation.In this paper VAV air conditioning automatic control system intelligent evaluationsystemprovide simulated indoor air conditioning load, giving the VAV air conditioningquantitative disturbance, to observe the indoor temperature and humidity, wind speed andoutlet curve, and judge VAV air-conditioning system by control system performanceindicators.In the middle of them, indoor air conditioning load simulation system is to simulate thehuman sensible heat load and the moisture gain of1~30people, and control the number byPLC controlling. By temperature, humidity, wind speed sensor and transmitter indoortemperature and humidity data collected confined shading environment and the airconditioning vent wind speed data importing the PLC, and A/D transforming of PLC importthe PC by analog to a digital. Based on the input of temperature and humidity and wind speedinformation, King View on PC is to show the real-time monitoring curve, and save the data inthe same time and view history monitoring curve. Evaluating the VAV air conditioningautomatic control system performance is by monitoring curve overshoot, adjust the time andsteady-state error control system performance indicators.The main working in this paper conclude: Production of indoor air conditioning loadsimulation system, selection of the sensor and transmitter, S7-200PLC programming, S7-200PLC and PC communication settings, and the operation of King View in host computer.
