| The first EV was built by Frenchman Gustave Trouve in the19th century, yet it did not attract much attention out of immature technology. Now depleting petroleum resources, the deteriorating environment, economic crisis are threating the development of modern civilization, and stimulating the research of safer, cleaner, and more efficient electric vehicles. It is now well recognized by World automobile industry that electric powertrain, developing electric cars, promoting the traditional automobile industry strategic transformation are the most promising solutions for the foreseeable future.Postal car is familiar to all, because of large domestic population,postal car faced heavy work, and have some particular operation conditions, for example, parking together, constant runtime, variable daily mileage, which make application of electric postal car possible. Huge market demand growing market prospect bring more attention to electric postal car.The research of electric postal car powertrain parameters matching and performance simulation have been introduced in this thesis, which is based on EMT (Electric-drive mechanical transmission).The research background is presented at first, it summarizes the current development and application of both domestic and overseas EV(Electric Vehicle).and the situation operation condition of postal car are discussed, which is to illustrate the goal and significance of the research. EVs definition is given, there are a variety of possible EV configurations according to the variations in electric propulsion characteristics, the advantages and disadvantages and reliability of each configuration have been discussed through the comparison within the different structures, then the thesis fully detailed the structure of EMT based on clear definition of EMT. Integration of EMT reduces the longitude dimension of powertrain; in addition the active speed-regulation synchronization technology solves the power interrupt of the transmission shifting and the clutch transition condition when the vehicle starts, so the powertrain based on EMT is selected. The matching and selection of powertrain parameters is done to satisfy the project requirements based on vehicle dynamics and engineering analysis, this parameters are about storage cells, the motor and the gear ratio, meanwhile the design for EMT powertrain control system is completed, the work incudes structural concept of control system design, parts selection, PCU(powertrain control unit) design. Corresponding control strategy is already established. Model for electric postal car is built in Advisor, simulation of dynamic performance is conducted, the result shows that the dynamic performance can meet the program requirements; the validity of this design is verified. |
